Paper Tigers was founded by Donna Wares, an award-winning editor and writer who has worked at the Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, and Orange County Register, and teaches journalism at California State University, Long Beach. Donna is the editor of the best-selling My California: Journeys by Great Writers and a 2005 San Francisco Library Laureate.
